A note from the President:

We would like to welcome you to the F.A.S.T. 2010 Season! Your Board of Directors and Coaching Staff have been working hard throughout the year to ensure that this season is fun and successful for everyone. We continue to run a well organized and efficient swim meet, with thanks going out to all of our many, dedicated volunteers. We want everyone to feel like they are a part of the team, so if you are interested in volunteering, in any capacity, be sure to let us know. If you are new to F.A.S.T this year you may have some questions. Please do not hesitate to ask myself, or other board members, coaches or even returning families for help. We’re looking forward to another great summer
